Herbs – Oregano

Try adding Oregano to your herb cabinet and meals. It is anti-bacterial, an anti-oxidant, and a good source of Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Manganese, Calcium, Tryptophan and Calcium. It is an excellent source of fibre too.
