Emotional Work

Accept that you have internal struggles. That despite these struggles, you matter. Acknowledge that sometimes, your expectations are unrealistic. Only then will you stop feeling guilty about not being good enough and start to develop confidence based on your truth. Realise that your emotional work is about your goal to make your life more manageable. That will enable you to be kind to others from a place of genuine intention. Well done.
